Pretty bad when you call ask if they take furniture, they say in good shape. Then you get there and they're expecting it to be brand spanking new!!! I was coming to donate something, I didn't know I had to buy new stuff to make you all happy? Could have been you were just too lazy to unload it? You think?

Love this place! The things in there are reasonable priced because they have alot of quality items...and they have a money back program that you can sign up for ...The ppl working there are always very kind, helpful and courteous ❤️

Pricing has become insane since the new CEO took over. Used to be a good store. No one is coming to a thrift store to drop 600 dollars on a table and chairs set. Edit: Its a month later and this chair and table set are still there

The customer service here is quite questionable. You can tell that they are understaffed or staffed with employees that do NOT take pride in there job, especially when it comes to cashiers. Luckily for me, I usually get the short brown skin lady with curly hair, and every time I do she’s seems to be in good spirits. I really appreciate how quick she is to answer my questions without giving me attitude unlike some of the others I have had in counters with in the past.

They normally take donations during all business hours, but they sometimes close the donations dock for the day.
No, they took that station out a few months ago.
No
I'm sorry, Jennifer, we do not do home pick-ups. Thank you for contacting us.
Hi Clyde! Thank you for supporting our mission. We do not currently offer donation pick-up services at Goodwill. However, you can find a donation center here: https://www.mokangoodwill.org/locations
It will be trashed
Thanks for asking. Here's what happens to your donations: • Donations are quality checked for high standards. • Items are sold at retail stores or online. All proceeds stay local. 90₵ of every dollar spent empowers local job seekers to earn and keep employment. • Unsold items are offered by the pound at the Goodwill outlet in Kansas City. • Unsold items that don’t meet quality standards are recycled or salvaged. Goodwill diverts 15 million pounds of computers, paper, clothing and textiles from area landfills. Thank you for supporting our vision to create sustainable communities!
Some, but limited
