Thanks for asking. Here's what happens to your donations: • Donations are quality checked for high standards. • Items are sold at retail stores or online. All proceeds stay local. 90₵ of every dollar spent empowers local job seekers to earn and keep employment. • Unsold items are offered by the pound at the Goodwill outlet in Kansas City. • Unsold items that don’t meet quality standards are recycled or salvaged. Goodwill diverts 15 million pounds of computers, paper, clothing and textiles from area landfills. Thank you for supporting our vision to create sustainable communities!
If the clothes are in good condition and not to out dated they will sell. You should not worry about what happens to your clothes. Donations are a gift. Stay blessed!
Goodwill up cycles. They would go to our location at the Roc next.
They are put in huge boxes and sold at a per pound rate. I do not know who purchases or what is done with the boxes after the purchase.
Not they shipped to a different location . What sells in one location might not in another .
I an not sure..some probably are but I bet most are trashed.
