You can park overnight but make sure you get your car early next day, I've done it several times never had a problem
Yes and security won't have your car towed unless it has been there for more than 48hrs without moving spots

They have started to crack down on over night parking as of a couple days ago. They are starting to place warnings between 1-4 am and your car will be towed 24 hours later
I've seen a car parked there several days before a warning was put on it and finally towed. However, the park n ride is meant for commuters using Sound or Everett transit.
As others have said, no. However I'm not sure how strict enforcement of this is.
