2 family members in ER separately this year. One lost 20lbs in 1week after being sent home and told she was fine. Had gallstones and blood clots in her legs. Took 2 months of her in pain before any action. The second went to ER for pain in chest and shortness of breath. Saw something on X-ray but didn’t know what it was so sent him home and told to get CT scan. Fast forward-CT scan done two weeks later showed pulmonary embolism. Again, he was sent home and told to make an appointment with a pulmonologist. 3 weeks was soonest he could be seen. Went to different hospital and was admitted within an hour. Scary business. Choose wisely

We had our 5 kids here! Good experiences with nurses and midwives! Plus the 5th ones free! Oh wait that's the bread store.

The pavilion for women and children is superior and focused on one mission. The campus is spread over many acres with lots of parking options. The Emergency Room has been moved to the other Providence hospital, so it is quieter. I bet the rooms have great views of Everett's harbor. (P.S.They just helped me become an uncle again!)

Went by ambulance to ER having COPD exacerbation crisis. Stayed 3 and a half days on the 10th floor. Without exception my experience was ; very knowledgeable and competent staff. And very courteous at all times! The food? Well, come on; it's a hospital. But... the food was still pretty good, especially for hospital fare. Seriously... not bad, just bland because it's a hospital. I had to have contact with at least a half dozen departments personnel, and all in all, I have to rate the overall experience a solid four stars plus some close to five. Good job to all ! Thanks to all.

What are the hours for blood draws
It's a hospital with sick people. So, licensed service dogs only. Exceptions might be made thru calling the hospital.

There are several places to park. You can use the parking garage on Nasau Street. Then on Pacific, there is the parking lot. Then a little farther down the street on Pacific is another parking garage for the Women and Children clinic.
