Doctor Matthew Shlapack was not only very nice, but he listened to all I had to say, took a look at my other medical records and called me almost immediately after receiving my other tests. Very professional. I like this doctor a lot!

I went for my first visit with Dr. Kelly Dubour. I'm not sure of the spelling of her last name ...Dr. was amazing. .she explain in detail my lab work ..took her time with me that especially made me know she cared about her patients. And went over my past health history..I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new Doctor ..she Awesome !

She will then introduce you to agents at the Health Insurance Resource Center where you can learn more about Medicare Advantage options.
