Neila is rude and obnoxious. She doesn't care about you as a customer at all, and is extremely open about it. I would not reccomend using this company for anything because of the way she does business. Give your money to someone who cares! Oh Neila, It looks like this isn't your first go around! I see other reviews that name you specifically. It's possible maybe some soul searching is in order! In the meantime, we are glad to know we are not just trolls and we count our blessings that we dont have to live with you! Your service guy does 50 service calls a week, so things fall through the cracks. Wait til my Brennan & Mackay bill just falls through the cracks. Its a thing! UPDATED She called me about my review. She told me that she didn't know what my problem was and she didn't care if she lost business because of her attitude. There you have it. Out of the horses mouth! Got my kitchen appliances here during the pandemic and more recently a washer. After some difficult experiences elsewhere I wouldn’t purchase appliances anywhere else. Very professional.

My dryer lost a drum roller and the drum seal was torn up. These guys had a replacement ready for me and it was a DIY but, the technician there walked me through it step by step. Very helpful and affordable...we did call around an price compared.
