A very enjoyable and educational experience! The jewellery was breathtaking! It was so nice to see craftsmanship instead of the usual run of the mill pieces. It is well worth stopping buy if you are looking to purchase nice jewelery!

I really wanted to like this place because the story is a bit interesting. Sadly, that was not the case. Living in an area where we are lucky to have a lot of quality local artisans to choose from customer service is a huge part of the shopping experience...this is where he falls very short of the mark. No pleasant greeting when I arrived, he almost seemed bothered that he had to deal with a customer at all. Not being set up and ready to open at the time you have provided when you have limited hours (two days a week) is unprofessional. Not bothering to stop setting up displays and making a customer wait until you are completely finished is another issue. I would say curt and brusque are the perfect adjectives to describe the service. Very rigid return and exchange policies never win you repeat customers. He does have some nice pieces and that's why I gave 3 stars.
