Hello- I was referred to VIP Tires & Service for maintenance on my fleet vehicle. It was due for an oil change. I asked VIP to confirm that they are an authorized Element Fleet account. They really had to work at it to verify the correct information, as Element is not easy to work with. VIP went above and beyond to take care of my issue, and it is appreciated in this age of mediocre to poor service.

I needed a new tire and searched around the area and VIP had the best prices. They got the job done quick and called right away when finished, which I missed. They called me again and left a message to tell me it was ready and make sure I knew. When I went to pay, I hadn't noticed a discount that applied to the service I had done on my vehical. The gentleman let me know, which in turn, saved me a decent amount of money to which I was very pleased! He was very pleasant to deal with and eveyone I've ever dealt with has been knowledgeable.
