We were very disappointed in the location of this hotel. The “reviews” said downtown and near the Roman but the reviews failed to mention that it was in a very unsafe area with most local businesses had bars on the windows.

I truly hope that it was not me to miss lead you in any means, truly sorry for your inconvenience or unexpected experience of that caused a unpleasant experience, one thing I would say is to be vigilantly aware at all costs no matter the time of day or area you're in.

The location is truly a bit far from downtown. We went to center by car. There is q shuttle for the center anyway. The location is near the highway not near the center of the City. No safe to go walking around. The staff was really a bit "cold" . To be honest a problem with the water of bathroom was solved. (At the second call). The price a little espensive (but This is an american problem...by the way). The Room was very large and very nice.
