I only stay at Marriott hotels and usually stay around 20-30 nights a year all over but this is is the worst experience I have ever had from being picked up at the airport to the room I was given to upper management not only will I never stay at this hotel ever again but won’t stay at a Marriott again due to this horrible experience! Trust me don’t book this hotel just because it’s located next to airport it’s worth spending a few more and staying somewhere else!!

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing 💕 the only thing that kept me from giving the room 5 stars was that there was no microwave in the room and we had to use the community one in the lobby. Other than that, I absolutely loved it ❤️

No hot-tub and no pool access. Requested a room facing the courtyard, and they said it would be a little bit of a wait. I said that was fine, I came back five hours later and still ended up with a room facing the parking lot. Check in was simple enough but I’ve had much better with Marriott.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was good, had a ground floor with direct access to pool. Too bad we were there in winter lol. Shower was cold during visit, we assume its due to the recent power outages due to the tornados the night before. Ended up using a relatives shower at same hotel who had hot water. Otherwise, pretty decent stay and would consider staying again next time in the area.

Yes, they do. They also will take you anywhere nearby if you don't want to eat dinner at the hotel or if you need to go to a convenience store. And they will wait for you, or pick you back up, depending on how long you will be.
