The room was seemingly clean, but over shadowed by the stinch...smelled extremely musty/mildew. They had to know this because there were extra towels placed in our room upon arrival. Called in a day after checkout because of additional charges to my card after checkout, spoke to Lashay (something similar, not exact) and she was RUDE, kept cutting me off, wasnt friendly at all. I cannot stand unwarranted and unnecessary rudeness. It's uncalled for.

We had an issue with one of our party having an allergic reaction to something on the bed. Hotel is full, Nashville is full, assistant director "Terra" brought different pillows and fresh linens asap 5*

4/5. I would give 5 stars if the bathroom had been a little cleaner. The gym was a little small as well. Overall worth the money compared to the nearby competition. The location is the best part. They are only a couple minutes from the oprey land mall, which is what brings people to this area. There is plenty of dining and shopping nearby, but the hotel is tucked away in a corner so you can get out of the busy areas when it's time to call it a day.

Beautiful and clean. Great service. And door dash does deliver to your room 😁 Great location. Lots of nearby attractions!! Scoreboard has awesome ribs, or you can go line dancing at Nashville palace.

Only at the top of every hour for the airport, and they run it at the bottom of every hour for the Gaylord. It is not on a requested basis.

I did not ride the shuttle but, the staff are great I'm sure they will take you near the airport.

Almost all hotels have a 3:00 check in and 11:00 check out. You can often get either of these move a little if you ask. Some of the nicer places require status or charge a fee to cahnge.
The hotel is right off the highway so it's a quick trip to the arena in downtown as long as there's no traffic
Late July 2017 stay: there was not a big selection. Located through the pool area so it was only accessible during pool hours. One treadmill, one elliptical, a small rack of dumbbells. I didn't take a picture but it was a very small space.
