Worst bank I have ever dealt with. When you need you're money they will not give it to you. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get the money in my account after closing it. Save yourself and go to another bank.

Chase is one of the worst bank companies I've ever dealed with ever. Zelle doesn't work ever, you have to get on the phone with them for 30 mins of your day. When you use another bank like capital one. It goes through instantaneous, "so far I'm having a great experience with chase." I hate this company so much. Waste of my time during the days. Just overall horrible.
