Clean! Room was great, bed comfy, breakfast and happy hour were both very good. Staff were polite and very helpful. Quiet location but close enough to everything in Nashville. Shuttle available for $10 per person round trip to Broadway. Pool and hot tub. Water pressure in shower could have been better but no worse than any other hotel I have stayed in. Great place with very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I stayed here on our trip to Nashville because it was a very affordable option and the pictures looked really nice. We saw some of the negative reviews and were a little worried about what could happen but honestly, our experience was great. Staff was very nice and helpful, the room was nice, the pool and hot tub were nice, the drink vouchers were a nice touch and I loved the convenience of the shuttle to downtown to avoid driving in downtown traffic. The one downside we found was that housekeeping never came to our room to clean it. We had to ask the front desk for new towels and wash cloths. Other than that, great hotel for the price.

The room was a great price and clean. They have a shuttle for free that takes you downtown. A great pool and spa and outdoor great for family gatherings and relaxing. The breakfast was okay but they do give you 2 drink tickets for each night you’re there for each adult only wish they more options. Free parking included. Will definitely stay here again.

Okay first off don't look at the rest of the negative reviews people get busy and hotel staff get stressed. This hotel is awesome, free drinks, beautiful rooms, amazing views, and a hell of a good bed! The jacuzzi is great the pool is perfect and the breakfast is Perfect. I typically don't leave reviews but I felt that this hotel needed it. I have traveled a lot and stayed at a lot of hotels but this definitely beats the big box hotel chains.
