Heather, and Katie who also helped, in customer service were outstanding today. Heather was very patient and helpful trying to get my phone, which was holding items in the cart, to actually place the order for me. My phone was most uncooperative but she accepted the challenge and resolved the issue. Katie was so kind to assist the backlog of customers that might have gotten irritated waiting for my phone to cooperate. They made a great team and all were happy, especially me.
