This is MY MARSHALL'S...immaculate, well-ordered, organized in the best way, with new things being showcased in the front of the clothing departments...a DELIGHTFUL shopping experience, every time! The employees are helpful, super friendly, and willing to drop whatever they're doing to help you! The cashiers actually act like you are important, and welcome you to their line number. They carefully fold all of your clothes, and never ever question you about returning something...they truly want you to be happy! I want to highlight one employee...ADILA N. works at the Fitting Room, and couldn't have been kinder, or more helpful to me!! She's a bright light, and took the time to help me, even though she didn't have to! I found a sweater-jacket, and the colors and size were perfect, but the zipper was stuck, and I couldn't decide whether to get it, or not. She took it, worked with it ( while helping other customers!) and told me that it was faulty. She left it up to me, but I not only appreciated her honesty, but also her Human Kindness. I spoke to the Store Manager briefly, and watched him greet several shoppers, and help his staff in whatever he needed to do. This is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️STAR STORE...and it's a jewel! GREAT JOB!!

I used to prefer the Marshall's shopping experience over Ross, but that's no longer. Idk if this location is in the middle of a transition or what, but it's unsightly. I couldn't get past how dirty the floors were. After experiencing this, I actually left the item I wanted to purchase and went to Ross. Ross was clean/inviting, and I felt much better shopping there. I went to Marshall's looking for plates and dog beds, but the availability of both was very slim. Disappointed to say the least. I won't be returning to this location.
