James Martel saw me a year ago when he was traveling in the USA. He had a super complicated bacteria that no one could treat before coming to this clinic, by far I had the best experience in ophthalmology and he managed to find a real diagnosis and saved my eyes. Second time (2 different appointment) the staff forgot to fax over the prescription, I waited a day before heading to the pharmacy for pick up, Phamacy told me they was no medicine under my name, called the office staff told me they already did so I asked if she can fax it again, Phamacy told me to come back later, come back after 5pm Phamacy say no fax under my name next day at 8:10am I called the office receptionist told me to wait that it will be there shortly, 4 days without medication and got infection. One month later went to the office told the doctor what happened and asked for more refills he told me 3 refills so I don’t have to come back in 6 months. Stop by the reception desk and ask if the prescription has been faxed because I heading to the pharmacy now. Got to the pharmacy 1 hours later nothing I called the office waiting at the pharmacy for 3 hours before receiving that fax.

My daughter has been going here for the passes 2 years. She is suppose to have surgery at the hospital. And it’s been 6 months and I have heard nothing I call and they have no answers for me other then they are waiting still. Even tho it’s not effecting her schooling. They don’t update anyone at all.
