Hi Cynthia, The best action to take is to reach out to the Rancho Cordova showroom and they can put you in contact with Customer Service who can provide an invoice for the services you received.
The waterproof core flooring is starting around $3 per square foot but the installation and the waste amount is usually less then a sheet vinyl. Sheet vinyl starts around $1.39 per square foot but you will have more waste and the installation will cost more per square foot. S&G has free estimates. You can set up an appointment and get a quote for each to compare the cost.
