I had some issues getting to my appointment and arrived 20 minutes late. I called ahead, and they were still willing to see me even with my arriving so tardy. The office is a great environment, and all the staff were very friendly. I really appreciate their flexibility, and I was able to get my issue resolved in one appointment. I thought I’d have to go back. I tried a different dermatologist more conveniently located to my apartment, and their prices were much higher. I felt this was much more reasonable and would definitely recommend!
