The room was in bad shape. A/C didn’t work and it too them all day to repair it. Bathroom sink had no stopper it was a wide open pipe. Bathroom light fixtures had no shade there were 2 exposed light bulbs. The toilet paper holder was not secured to the wall. The drive in front of the hotel was always blocked. I feel the hotel van should not be parked there blocking half of the drive. When another car comes up to check in the entire drive is now blocked. I spent 10 minutes the night we were checking in blocked in and could not get out of the drive after letting my family out with the luggage at the front door. Overall bad experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this DoubleTree! I was traveling with my two young kids and called to see if they could accommodate a 9am check in after a early morning flight from DC. They were absolutely accommodating and immediately gave us a room! The room was great, cookies on point as always, live music by the pool on Friday night and the kids loved the pool! Highly recommend!

Hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Hotel was very clean inside and out. There's hand sanitizer everywhere. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. There's live music in the evenings. They know the area and suggested great restaurants, places to see and trusted people for transport. Also, the hotel shuttle will take you within a 5 mile radius and pickup from the airport. kimberlieth was one of the staff that was so helpful, friendly, and professional.

Nice, clean hotel. The bed was comfortable, and our suite was great, with a balcony overlooking the pool. We visited between Christmas and New Years, when the weather was beautiful! We enjoyed spending a little time on the balcony each night before calling it a day. My favorite thing is the little foot shelf in the shower! Perfect for resting your foot to shave your legs, ladies!! I love when business oriented hotels remember that not all their guests are men. We were frustrated with the lack of a place to hang a hand towel beside the sink. We made it work, but an actual towel holder would be an easy addition! Also, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, even though it appeared to have one at some point. The chair at the desk is in need of replacement. I know certain items are in short supply, but this needs to be at the top of the list! The door to the balcony was difficult to slide, but we did mention it when we checked out, so that shouldn't be an issue for the next guests, hopefully. We did hear them repairing the door of the balcony beside ours while we were there, so I'm confident that issue will be addressed quickly. All in all, we would stay here again. Not much noise from the airport, even though it's listed as an airport hotel. It's also in a pretty convenient location to travel downtown for sight seeing and nightlife.

I'm not sure. Im not from Nashville. However I do remember seeing a bus or 2 on the strip from the main street which is about a half mile down from the hotel.
If you go to Hilton website it should have the information there it's not much of a restaurant it's more of a bar and sitting area.
We stayed there abd took uber to oprymills. Cheap way to go, fast, and lettibg soneobe else drove in rhe traffic was well worth it. Very nice place to stay.
They also have a shuttle that will pick you up other places for a fee. We got rides to and from downtown.
