Always use credit card when renting cars. NEVER buy ANY insurance coverage from rental car company. Your own auto policy will provide the same coverage to your rental car.
They wanted me to have a credit card. But if you can, try to change your reservation to another company. Using this company was my WORST experience with a rental car company
