The agent added collision coverage when I declined it. I found a charge for over $400 on my credit card and it was for the collision I declined. Be careful watch your rental agreements for added charges you didn't want. The car itself was nice other than a declined charge all else was good.

Rented a car out of Tulsa International airport. Typical rental process, customer service was very helpful with giving directions. Upgraded my rental, since they didn't have what I rented in stock which was very much appreciated. We had an early flight to come home, so we had to drop it off with the night drop, put the keys in the box, and realized my son left his cell phone in the car. We could see it, but the car was locked and keys were in the night drop box. I went online and filled out a lost items form, called and talked to Alamo once they opened from AUS during our layover. They told me someone would contact me if it is found. I have not been contacted. Very disappointed. *Update* They called, they have my cell phone! I was asked to email a shipping label to mail the phone. I did, and the phone is already on it's way home! Very impressive turn around, great customer service!!

Wow! Fast check in, left the desk to pick out the car in under five minutes. Great vehicle, new Toyota with 1,000 miles on it. I bought the tank of gas and misjudged the last fill up. The agent checking me in noticed the half tank and credited back for the gas.

In my experience they are usually low on full size cars, and there are only 2-3 max to choose from, if that. One time they had none, and I was forced to take a Dodge Grand Caravan. It was awful.

You can return a car to either the same Alamo location or to another Alamo location if there is one located in or near Grover beach if that was your selected request when the reservation was made. If you need to change the drop off location, call the location in which you obtained the rental or call customer service to advise.
