Generally speaking I am very happy with renting from National. Vehicles are always clean, fairly good selection and the pickup and return go smoothly and often swiftly. Only wish maybe more variety and luxury choices

I always use this National location when I come to California for work. Every time the emerald aisle has always had what I need, whether that be a mid-size SUV (2022 Mazda CX-5), a little gas sipper (2022 Toyota Corolla), or a truck (Toyota Tacoma). And each time I’ve been here the vehicles have always been newer and very clean. I’m coming back in a few days, so it’s a no brainer which rental company I’ll be using.

I like the ability to choose my own vehicle. The last 2 rentals have been problematic though. The rental 2 weeks ago started having random electrical issues and required returning in the middle of my trip (an hour out of my way). There was also trash in the back seat from the previous renter. The second trip I had to return the car after driving it 1/4 mile due to a flapping noise. The back of the car was SOAKING wet (like shampoo'd without any extraction). My fourth car in 2 weeks of rentals was a sweet hybrid which was great, but clearly there's some problems with lack of maintenance.

Our flight was canceled. I called while standing in long line for Southwest and was told $225 for one way rental to Ontario International Airport. Was it was confirmed the all Southwest and other flights were canceled until the following day due to heavy smoke for fires near Tahoe the price went up to $338. As far as car selection I'd give an A+ We got a 2020 Dodge Charger with all the bells and whistles. Very cool car for a 500 mile drive.

no. Can't find one. Enterprise is also part of them and seems to get more assistance.
You can,t, you must wait until they open. If it's a Saturday that would be 4am.
Yes before 11pm. Parking lot a mess and must go into Enterprise to get car . Then go out National exit.
If you are dropping off during closed hours(12a-4a), pull your vehicle up on the enterprise return lot. Lock the vehicle and drop the keys into the enterprise drop box. The box should be on the left side of the kiosk building. Enterprise will get the info and report it to national that the vehicle was returned during non op hours. I hope this helps.
