Enterprise at Ontario airport is the worse! The staff here is very care free and also management is very unprofessional. They had me waiting for a vehicle to be cleaned out, since they are low on vehicles they had to pull one from the back. The vehicle they came back with was unsafe to drive and didn’t realize until I hopped on I-10 via Heaven Ave. The vehicle was shaking from the steering wheel. I drove back and told them about the issue. They proceeded with “if you swap this vehicle out you will only be able to trade your vehicle one more time” that’s reasonable but also not my responsibility as why the vehicle had an issue. The vehicle was poorly inspected by staff. So I had to wait another hour for another vehicle. I ended up with a Chevy Malibu with transmission problems. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they are very short on vehicles, they would have you waiting a long period of time. Please use other rental agencies at the airport. Enterprise’s reputation has gone down over the years and they surely do not care about customers.

Helpful, kind staff, reliable service and cars. I know what to expect when I rent a car with enterprise. I rented most recently from the ontario airport and paid with a credit card. Super smooth and quick process. I had no issues. I booked online months ago and I used a credit card at the counter to pay. there was no huge deposit required since I used my credit card. When I've used a debit in the past I had to pay a large deposit but it wasn't crazy like some other car rental companies. I highly recommend using a credit card so you don't have to pay a large deposit. My car was clean and ran great.

Excellent Customer Service!!!! It's been years since I've used a traditional car rental service like Enterprise but I'm so glad we did. The Ontario, CA Airport location went above and beyond to meet my transportation needs. Lets start with the check-in counter. The young lady at the front desk (Thursday April 28,2022 @ 1:30PM) was so nice. I really wished I had taken down her name because she was fantastic. She had a great attitude and a warm smile. Next, I was greeted by a young man named Brandon. He was very professional and did everything he could to accommodate us. I mistakenly booked a vehicle that was too small for my group (5 adults) but Brandon made some adjustments and found the PERFECT vehicle for us. What a great way to start our vacation. Thanks again guys!!!

I am sorry that the current price of rental cars keeps me from using the Enterprise service more often, because their service was spectacular! Not only was it easy to make a reservation, there was no drama, pressure or delay in picking up or returning my car to the Ontario airport. The staff was gracious, available and very motivated to address my needs. It was also a blessing to be driving an almost new Nissan with plenty of creature comforts. Thank you, Enterprise!

Yes you can but be very careful signs are poor with no service give yourself plenty of time for your check in for your flight
To my knowledge, I've never paid a fee for returning a car to a different location. I let them know when I rented the vehicle where I planned to return it. Don't recall paying extra for that.

You would have to park in the airport parking lot n pay. Those car rental places do not have their own lot

I find that drop off fees range based on distance, need for vehicles at the other location, etc. Check with a reservation agent prior to booking.
