Needed to rent a car for few hours and all the places at the airport were sold out. Went here and the plan was to return it to the airport. However, there was damage to the front end that Iade sure the agent noted or so he said he would. When I got to the airport to return it they said there was no record of it in the notes. We called the place and were eventually able to get them to confirm it was damaged when I picked it up. Jessica at the airport was very helpful, but then while on the shuttle with my daughter who is 3 years old the branch manager calls me and hangs up on me in the middle of the conversation. Very unprofessional and I will stay away from this location in the future and probably Enterprise as a hole!
