The shuttle bus was brutal, alot of people ended up walking...make sure you give yourself enough time to get to terminal because you might end up walking or taking an Uber.

Very organized and convenient. I wish the buses run a little more frequently from the rental car center and the airport. Apart from that the driver was very courteous and explain things very clearly.

I have been using this company for several years and, so far I have no complain with the cars ...they are almost, always very clean and, the road service is very good. I have used twice in the last 4 years, But always have issues with the front desk people. Lately, with lost in found, because I was shure I left some of my property inside of the car and it was never returned to lost and found... even when I send full pictures of my belongings left in rental car. Shame on National.

Yes. They run all night. May be a bit slower early mornings but they do run 24/7
Drive to airport car rental return & return it to the rental agency you rented from..it is easy to find, but fill up gas tank before you return it. We found a gas station at airport exit from the 10. Airport return is off that street to left, then take shuttle to airport..
