They got the one star only because I had to in order to post. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! Horrible customer service, the people behind the counter are not very informative. The woman seemed bothered by having to deal with customers. They wasted my time over a credit card and not matching the reservation name. I’ve never not used Enterprise Rent A Car and I will go back to Enterprise happily might be a bit more, but you know, you get what you pay for and FOX is Trash! Fox, your employees let your customer sit outside with the car running while having the catalytic converter stolen. When I told them the damage it would cause the vehicle they both shrugged their shoulders and didn’t care. That’s what type of people you have working for you Fox rental car!

DO NOT RENT HERE Worst car rental experience I have ever had. Got flat tire on the first morning hadn't even driven 50 miles. Then they tried to charge me for a tire and $100 to put the spare on. Took car back next day and they me a late fee and an early fee. Lots of hidden fees. Needless to say I will be disputing all charges. Should have googled their ratings first.

I would of given zero stars if i could. Just because i had an issue and told the guy in the office and he told me that i would hear back from someone within 24-48 hours. It has been 54 hours and no one has bothered to reach out to me yet. It's all good though, they don't need to waste any time on me because i won't be going back to rent a car from them ever. Be careful if you reserve a car from them. When you get there and they say they don't have it but they will upgrade you to a better car. They told me they would give me a special. They didn't mention the upsell fee of $25 a day. So it was $175 for.the week. But i never asked for an upgrade. Other rental companies usually give upgrades for free when they don't have the car available. So i am done with them. Pretty unprofessional by not having someone reach out to me.

I recommend avoiding dealings with this company in Ontario CA. Off of Holt. Our flight arrived about 20mins behind schedule. We had booked a compact. When we finally arrived at the location, which involves 2 shuttles, they said because we were late all the compacts were gone. They would upgrade us and give us discounts to make it "a really great deal!" The offerings were Jeeps, Dodge Charger, Toyota 4Runner or a van. "All our options for small cars are gone. You'll have to wait for them to come back and everyone seems to be running late". I go outside to discuss with my accountant and as I'm doing so the rep I'm dealing with comes out and insinuates that he'll give me a van at the same rate that I originally booked on Expedia. NOPE! At the end we were charged $50 more than the price on our reservation. What's really infuriating is that he had pointed out the front door showing only the bigger cars were left. Then we noticed as we loaded the van that there were 3 mid-size cars on the lot. Those were never offered to us as an option. Only the 4 door Jeep, 4Runner, Charger or Chrysler minivan. And the supposed deal they implied they'd give us for the situation, was the same spiel I heard him give to the customer ahead of us. In the end we spent close to an hour getting the runaround and not getting the car or the deal we had reserved. Again, I'd suggest pay a bit more to avoid the waste of time and hard up-sell and devious practices of Fox car rentals in Ontario, CA off of Holt.

I would not rent from them again because they used the fact that my plane was late to cancel my reservation and then charge a much higher price at the counter. I felt "scammed".
I tried to rent a car from an airport location using a debit card about 3 months ago and was told I couldn't unless I lived over 100 miles from airport or had ticket. Otherwise they are only taking credit cards. I called a non airport hertz, which was only company open on that day, who stated they aren't taking debit either. I'd call to double check though.
Yes
Yes you are able to use a debit card as long as you can show your airline tickets (to confirm you are an out of the area renter).
I would not use them again, it's cheaper but much more inconvenient.
Everything has to be on one card. They do not accept prepaid cards
Yes you can have unlimited miles
You have to call fox
Idk, you can call them directly.
I don't see why not, as long as. It's from the same rental company. By the way, I love renting from Fox, they have great rates and excellent customer service.
You can pick up at the location
Fox rent a car got really good deals on they cars, but I think they closed at 1am so my best advice it to go to enterprise
48 hours I have rented from fox. Never had an issue
I think out comes of your card when you pick it up.
In theory yes, but you will get in trouble if you're stopped by police and the renter isn't with you
I couldn't find one but they said that there was. I found it at the office when I went in. I told them they should have it on there website. I don't think they give it out so they can have less employees at the office and use a call center. You might want to scan your contract to see if there is another number in the small print or one that someone wrote down on it. Good luck.
It depends on what kind of car u want, and u have to have a major credit card, not an atm card but a credit card . And also if u are a local as in so. Cal, inland Empire then it's different, u have to have a plane ticket if u don't have a credit card.. a return flight ticket.. it's kinda crappy, i would use a different car rental place. There's this app called turo u might want to check out.. it's for renting cars .. best of luck and safe travels
Check the current price online.
Yes , they have a parking spot within the compound. Just let them know and park away from their fleet
They charge credit card as deposit and refund after you return if no damage.
No, but they offer a shuttle service to and from airport. You pay for the service in your fees, weither you use the service or not.
Always use credit card when renting cars. NEVER buy ANY insurance coverage from rental car company. Your own auto policy will provide the same coverage to your rental car.
A drivers license and a major credit card (that has about $150 available for the deposit).
