Is there an after hour drop off. I have a stray I've been trying to feed for the last couple of weeks but she's not eating and she is bleeding a lot out of her butt. She's very thin.

You can call animal control and They will pick the animal up. It may take a while as it isn't a priority, but they will come, eventuallly
