I visited that house, and for me it wasn't haunted. Sarah had it continuesly built in order to deflect any 'so called' ghosts away. It was VERY interesting. It was my second time seeing it and I enjoyed it. Actually it was just right for me, as I am about 4ft.10, so I got through the doorways perfectly.
Yeah it's not really haunted, the whole story behind it is Sarah the person who built the house was told by a spiritual advisor that she had to constantly build new additions to her house to keep the spirits away. The spiritual advisor said that the hammering would push away the spirits. The whole reason the spiritual advisor suggested that the spirits followed Sarah in the first place was because she was married to the creator of the Winchester rifle, the spiritual advisor said that all the people that were killed by the Winchester rifles would follow her and haunt her. She was incredibly rich and had about $1,000 a day to spend, so she literally built every single day of her life. So if you believe the stories in the first place the house itself was not haunted Sarah was haunted.
