The factory is not on sight. No one killed themselves at the house. The story line from the movie is fake. There is an entity in the basment however. They call him the wheelbarrow ghost. You can see that part of the house and other rooms that are not on the main tour if you purchase a ticket for the other tour as well.

I only did the one hour tour, which is 110 rooms out of the 160. That wasn't on my tour; so I apologize, but I don't know.
