There are just over 160. Id say from what i saw about 168. Some rooms they dont speak of. When on your tour, try your best to remember where you are, right after Sarah's room, you'll start going downstairs. Theres a small part where you can see under her room...theres more rooms under there.
A tour guide told us that we had walked a mile and a 8th and still had a mile more that we didn't see. Very beautiful house.
With both tours you see approx 130 rooms.
Depends on the tour. There are 160 or so rooms overall but you don't see all of them. The main tour you will see a lot of the rooms and then with the extended tour, which I'd highly recommend, takes you through an additional 30 or so.
