I don't know about a waiting list but I do know what the lady said above me before me it is full of a strange breed but that being said I mean you can mind yourself and have a good time I mean it's not that bad it's just a bunch of snow birds that don't have a lot of money you know so it's a little poor Snowbird is all it is.

Don't stay here this place is awful..full of tweakers and the place is filthy and full of bugs. Also in the middle of nowhere
