Its 495.00. Rent plus utilitys. Which is around 25.00 are so a month. And yes there is year around living at this park.. You need the tags to be up to date on the trailer, and all cars . no senior discount. Really nice park.
It's 695. a month now, used to be 495. W/125.00 flat rate utilities. Not sure if utilities included. They do have 10 percent senior discount. This is a timeshare park, you can long term but if an owner wants your spot, they give you notice and you have to move.
Year round,decent price,no discounts when I lived there. Nice little market Nd propane sold right by.
