Carefully consider the management of the park before buying a home. Management does not returns calls, has different standards for different homeowners, and notifications regarding facility closures or power / water interruptions are not sent in a timely manner. I wouldn't have posted this if management had called me as I requested.

Update on parking shortage. Many residents received letters their car will be towed for parking in guest parking. They advise you need to pay for extra parking spaces yet they have none available. As a resident who obeys the rules and tries to resolve this issue they advise there’s nothing I can do about it and eventually our car will be towed. This is how management treats their residents.

No place for friends or family to park without walking a very long distance. Don't try parking in front of your house, not even for a few min, the manager just had a bunch of tow trucks come in and tow everyone. $500.00 to get your car out. This place is to expensive to not offer a better option and then to tow people like that. And the sales person, don't get me started, if you can avoid Nichelle do so. DO NOT believe a word that comes out of that woman mouth! And READ the contract!

Mobile home park, one lady says she is paying 1,300.00 a month, and it goes up every year.
It's a property lease and that all depends on how long the lease term is.
Yes there is a lot fee and its expensive I don't know exactly how they calculate it, and yes they are permanent foundation
Ours is about $1300 but could be more or less
There's a leasing office I their site. If you call that number they will provide w your necessary info. Call during business hours of course. Good luck
$900 - 1100
Yeah, it's a trailer park.
Chihuahuas are vicious, more dog bites annually than pitbulls.
You would go to the community office and speak to the managers office or the sales office depending on the home but you are trying to purchase.
Green River village base rent is $1,100 plus utilities, which will bring you up to $1,250 average per month.
The club house is not rented. If you are a resident you can reserve it free of charge. You just can't have any alcohol and the event has to be cleaned up and over by 10pm.
Space rent is on the higher side. You can find nicer parks for less
The schools are pretty close however the busses come inside the complex and pick up and drop off the kids in front of the leasing office
