Placed a $3000+ order in April 2021. Nine months later and still not a single item I ordered has arrived. Inland RV doesn't answer my phone calls or emails. Fortunately, I have an invoice and I'm going to try and dispute this charge with my bank. Wish I had read all the customer reviews on google, yelp, BBB, etc. before ordering from this company. The red flags were out there.

PLEASE READ!!! Michelle is running her business single handed. Sometimes you have to get nasty to get noticed. She want the best for everyone and is very understanding of nasty reviews but also has so many emails and calls. How could she keep up? Could you? Being one person we can all understand how hard it could be. We need more compassion and empathy now more than ever. She has lost her one employee and NO ONE WANTS TO WORK. I’m proud to now call Michelle a friend. She is working hard to get back to everyone. And if she can’t help you with your order, she will refund you. It’s tricky finding vintage parts. I own two 1969 airstreams and it’s a luck of the draw finding anything. Please bare with her. She’s trying to keep all of us happy.

Same story as everyone else…placed a $1600+ order for new axles, sent a follow up email with questions and couldn’t even get a response. Called multiple times and finally got ahold a lady in customer “service” when I asked questions about my order and an ETA she sounded like she could care less about anything I had to say. I asked for a follow up email and never received it. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone and they will not refund my credit card….surprise surprise. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with these people.

I ordered axles from Inland RV 7 weeks ago - was told the "conservative" estimate on receiving those axles would be 4-6 weeks. Every week for the past 4 weeks I have e-mailed asking for an update - I need to coordinate with the business that will be receiving these for me. I have still not received any response at all. Tried calling - no way to get through that way either. This is all pretty disconcerting considering they've charged my credit card over $2500. It is unacceptable to take that much money and then completely cease communication.
