This was the worse experience in customer service I've experienced in quite some time. I read several other reviews about how bad the "old man" is and I got to experience him today. My wife and I didn't stay long because of his short, unhelpful remarks. It was our first time and we were trying to figure out where things were located - "If it's in the sun, it stays in the sun." Well, thank you sir. That was about as helpful as "If it's outdoors, it stays outdoors." We showed him a picture of a plant we were looking for, his response "That's a bad picture...I don't know what that is." We took the same picture and showed it to Larry at Sunshine Growers Nursery who not only told us the name, the nickname, and then followed up with "Let me show it to you...it's right over here,." Larry and Sunshine will get all of our business which will be quite a bit. Don't waste your time at 7Oaks.

Great nursery. Wide variety & selection, very good prices (definitely come here before you go to a big box "home improvement" store!). They have signs for each plant group showing what it is, if it needs sun/shade, when it blooms, price, etc. So you can browse at your leisure. They have carts if you want to purchase something heavier or multiple items & take credit cards. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely come here again soon!

This is my favorite place to buy rosemary and with the 50% off deal, it's unbeatable. The quality of the plants is top notch. The guy who manages the place is a really nice and helpful. I buy rosemary for my skin care business and find 7 Oaks to have a particularly good fragrance (stand up variety). Also great for the kitchen. I've also purchased palm trees from them years ago and they have also withstood the test of time.
