The doctors are fine but receptionists and doctors assistant are the worst if I call because I have problems on the pharmacy or to make an appointment they always send you to voicemail and never return your calls

Staff is so horrible!! unable to get anything done here. Even My Health ins. called and no one answered. If you complain. They won't care. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Currently 6:48pm. Sign on door clearly shows 8pm. Doors closed - lights are out. Receptionist says they “take their last patient at 6:30.” Ok? So update your hours? Maybe post that outside? Fully convinced this location has no idea what they are doing.

Staff is a disappointing. I had to ask what now after I completed the information. Then ask again what now after I gave my phone number and they said go home or to your car we'll call you in acouple hours. There were only 3 other patients in the office.??? they called and said only phone contact with the doctor, will not be an in office visit. What???

I used to love my doc when she was across in the other building. Ever since she came to Vista, everything gets denied and you gotta fight to see specialists. I will be looking for another medical group they suck
