You could never get any information or get to the right department to make appointments. They have you wait forever. You have to go personally down to the office to get do anything done. I 15hrs a day. I don't have time to wait on the phone or go down there.. I am very disappointed . I think im gonna start looking for a new doctors office. The doctors are OK don't get me wrong. Just too much details to name.
