Took my neighbor here because he needed a ride. I sat in the lobby while he was with the doctor. Witnessed the rudest and most nasty behavior from the front desk staff. I couldn't believe how they treat their customers that way. People would call their phone and they would hang up on them. I was baffled by all this. I came to leave a review and see other people say the same exact thing. And it's funny to see the staff reply saying everyone is lying and spreading lies. Wow unbelievable! Please AVOID this doctors office at all cost.

I went in today because my Doctor referred me there I have 2 insurances PPO primary and IEHP secondary and said I had to pay $120 to see the Dr. Khatibi Elaina was the person who said I had a deductible and co-pay I've worked in the medical field for 20years and every one know secondary always picks up. So I called my primary insurance and they said I do not have a deductible or copay but Elaina did not want to talk to my insurance she said I had to leave don't take my insurance and find a different Doctor. Very unprofessional and rude. While I was waiting there was a nother patient that also had 2 insurances and she asked for the same amount $120. Either this office is doing extortion and robbing the insurance system. So I want to know who can I talk to above Elaina because she said she was the supervisor and I asked for someone above her and she said she was it. I'm getting I letter from my primary insurance to prove I don't have a deductible and copay and getting the referral from IEHP. Also contacting The Department Management Healthcare and The Medical Board Of California. So if I can have someone from billing or a higher position please contact me so I may show you my letters. I have been going to him for a very long time, I love all the doctors there,and the new recent change to The upfront girls is awesome, but sadly tonight I had a very bad experience which I've never had with his office. I'm in quarantine for covid and I need a refill for my medication.(which I know the Dr would do)and I left a message last Wednesday and the same woman that used to scream up front apparently now runs the stuff on the phone and she definitely needs to find a different position because she does not know how to deal with people. This is very upsetting because if you file a complaint you can't just do it towards that one particular person, as far as Dr Khatibi goes, he is a 10-star doctor in fact all the doctors there are 10 stars in my eyes. Just the older ladies seem to not care at all and I don't know if they're related to the doctor or not but the doctor has class and he's funny and he will take care of his patients as well as the other doctors in there do the same,but whoever answers his phones system is all messed up and that really needs to change. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to get a hold of somebody there to actually get the message to the doctor, but like I said dealing with doctor Khatibi and most of his staff is actually a very pleasant experience, but there's one particular lady just has no patience for nothing and sincerely does not care so I would suggest anybody go into the office make an appointment you won't regret it but just do not deal with the older ladies in this office because they tend to be very angry and short,. But to anybody out there you will not regret having him or his other doctors as your doctor because he actually cares if you have MS or other conditions he listens to all your concerns and he will make sure that he takes care of you so you can feel your best always, I will definitely update this review once we see how the rest of this goes.
