You’d be better off not coming to this place. Whatever your problem is please try to do as much self care as possible. This place is terrible. The worst of the worst. Even if you are brought in by an ambulance, they will not care , nor pretend to. The front desk representatives & security guards are ALL on their phones until you happen to catch their attention. The security guards verbally harass you even while escorting you anywhere. The nurses are understaffed & they all talk to each other very loud & unprofessional. Gossip about the patients, as a patient they have talked about …its very uncomfortable to hear. My had a miscarriage and we came to this place in the ambulance they didn’t take us inside then we went to the different hospital. I will never come back to this place and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I had to bring my father into the ER unexpectedly for high blood pressure and vomiting which is very serious issue. My father was checked in at 6PM and wasn’t taken in for vitals until 9PM. After that we waited for 4 more hours just for the hospital employee to come out and give us false hope of seeing a doctor or receiving a room at least. But no this lady came out only to receiving insurance info and to be able to bill us for literally 0 services at all. Whilst this all was happening we realized there was a young lady in labor and in agonizing pain who said she’s been waiting for 2 hours to be seen by a doctor. WHILE SHE IS LITERALLY HOURS MAYBE MINUTES TO GIVING BIRTH. Unbelievable. After being in the waiting area again for another 4 hours until 5AM and we decided enough was enough and left to another hospital. To anyone considering coming to this hospital, ONLY if you can please consider going somewhere else for better treatment. It’s sad how there were so many high expectations and promises of a better administration compared to the old PG hospital but this is even worse than the previous one just in a newer building. Anne Arundel, Holy Cross or Med Star in DC a lot better ER handling.

Took my wife there to be evaluated for feeling dizzy. Arrive at 1:30p, was seen rather quickly to read vitals and draw blood, 3:30 took x-ray and another test. Waited to see a doctor to discuss findings from 3:30 to 830 and counting. No sure when we will see the doctor. Not a good start for a Hospital that just open thia year 2022..Wow! Prince Georges County have terrible hospitals.

I came to Labor and delivery because i was having contractions 4-5 minutes apart for 2 days straight. They sent me home because i was "probably dehydrated" i was rushed to another hospital 2 days later due to a uterine rupture and my son was stillborn. Thankfully the team at the other hospital was able to resuscitate him. But this is what happens when you dont take your patients seriously and dismiss their concerns. We were sitting in the L&D lobby for about 5 hours and hooked up to the fetal monitor for 2 when they said it would take 20 minutes. The nurse looked at the scan and put it right back down a second later. Which tells me she didn't really look at my contractions. If the hospital was full then it was full we could've went somewhere else. But dont dismiss a problem and have us think its something else because you didn't have space for us.
