Well my brother went there yesterday That would be March 9th to have an x-ray done The girl said Well I'm not sure how to do this x-ray so they did the x-ray then he called to see if it had been sent over to the doctor yet and they said no it had not been sent to the doctor yet and he said well they said well you'll have to pick it up and he says okay well can my sister who lives in Stow pick it up and they said yes but she'll have to come in and you'll have to come in and sign for her to get it and he says well if I'm going to come in and sign for her I might as well pick it up myself the whole idea for her to pick it up was that she lived in Stow and I live in Ravenna and they said oh well you'll have to sign for her to get it so he went to go pick it up and they said oh well it hadn't even been read yet he says well you told me to come pick it up and they said oh well I don't know who you talk to but it hadn't been read yet when we read it we'll send it to the doctors very very unprofessional place

I went there for my OB appointment. Molly was awesome and staff was very friendly. Place is very new and spacious. For that experience I give this place 5 stars. The reason I took 2 stars off is the LabCare Plus at this location. The whole building is big but their lab area is small. Very few seating. The two auto doors on the left and right keep opening and closing all the time whenever someone passes through. Waiting time is very long as well. There were two people before me when I signed in in the early morning. I waited about 40 minutes before being called. The flyer from my Summa doctor states this lab opens on Saturday too. I went there for the second time on a Saturday morning hoping for a shorter waiting time but the lab was closed. Since they don't open on Saturdays, If you don't want to wait long, you might need to be there 7:30 A.M. on the weekdays. The urgent care doesn't open on Saturday. When I went there on a Saturday morning, the whole building was closed. No cars in the parking lot and nobody in the building. I think they might have staff shortage. The owner's response to the other reviewer that they increased the time of Urgent Care to "Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m." is not accurate any more at least for Saturday morning of January. I suggest you call before you go.

I visited for my OBGYN this tuesday, the doctor was nice and so helpful. However, after she is done checking she said our team will help you to make an appointmet for the next following week for bloodwork and 1 hour glucose test and i was like ok. And a nurse came and she was so frastrated because she didnt want to look for an open appointment and told me they dont have a ultrasound tech or lab in this location and i had to go to Akron location and i said ok but she couldnt make an appointment and said "oh im sorry im new here this is my second day here so i really dont know how to make these appointments so pls call this number and they will help you" and i was like " if you dont know is there anybody who knows because i know its really hard for me to call couple places and wait unreasanable hours on hold just to make an appointment" and she was like oh no its only me here. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW THE SYSTEM WOKRS WHY DONT YOU LEARN AND BE HELPFUL FOR PATIENTS. I was so disappointed. And the number she game me to make an poointment doesnt even exis, so bizar.
