I'm speculating that is so horrible because it's patients are predominantly non-white. Anyone else thinks this is a factor? As a black woman in pain, it sounds like I'd be better off out in the streets.

Who's your insurer? (Kaiser? Humana? Luminis? Blue Cross/Care First, etc.)
