I got hear at 12pm it’s it now 7:30pm and I’m still hear Ik that they are busy but the front staff is doing nothing but laugh and talk

I'm a construction worker that worked at the hospital during construction...from what I understand is under staff and very busy...lol the staff is laughing and talking the stress of the job..I hope you get the service that you need..My prayers 🙏 you with you and your family 👪

MY SISTER WAS THERE FROM 10 AM -3 PM WAITING FOR A BED, GURNEY EVEN A MAT ON THE FLOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER THAN HAVING TO SIT N THE EMERGENCY RM WAITING AREA W/ MANY OTHERS AT 70 YRS OLD. SHE CAME BC SHE WAS COUGHING UP BLOOD AND HER RECORDS SHOW SHE HAS HIGH - BLOOD, DIABETES, COPD, A HEART CONDITION AND FIBROMYALGIA ( a condition that makes sitting for a long period extremely painful).- I PHONED THE HOSPITAL ADMIN OFFICE( spoke with Cindy, a supervising coordinator who seemed very nice) SHE INFORMED ME THEY HAD CHK'D HER PRESSURE, DID AN EKG AND X-RAY AND I GUESS SINCE SHE WASN'T CURRENTLY HAVING A HEART ATTACK. SHE WAS SENT BACK OUT IN THE WAITING RM...( where the wait could be as much as 10-12 hours). I WAS INFORMED SHE WOULD BE 4th IN LINE BUT THEY HADN'T ANY BEDS OR GURNEYS WHERE SHE COULD LAY. FRANKLY ... I WAS APPALLED BC HERE IN NYC WHERE COVID 19 HAD BEEN DISASTROUS TO OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM... IT WAS & IS FAR SUPERIOR !! OUR ANIMAL HOSPITALS TREAT THEIR PATIENTS BETTER!

I feel them I would do the same think
