I love the community, leasing office staff, and overall quality of living here! Apartment units are of generous size and look great. Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. Amenities are awesome!

Unfortunately I would not recommend this Apartment complex to anyone. The living spaces are nice and clean, yes. However, the management is extremely petty and nitpicky. For example: 1. I would mistakenly leave my garage door open. I think i might have done this 3 times within a month of receiving a garage port. Simple mistake, right? Management decided to call me telling me that they had received several (with implied distress from residents) complaints and proceeded to lecture me on the subject. I took it with a grain of salt and moved on. 2. An upstairs neighbor was allowing their dog to urinate on the patio (not a big deal if using pee pads) which in turn would run down onto our patio. I approached management (with no sense of anger or displeasure towards the people upstairs) and asked that they inform the tenants of the issue. Simple fix right? Come to find out that management began to and on multiple occasions, threaten to evict the people upstairs tenants or remove the animal if the issue wasn't fixed. To their credit the tenants did immediately resolve the issue and management continued to send letters to them. On a final note, parking is seemingly a hot topic for the management as well. They like to enforce the 'potential new tenant parking' in the front to a almost dictatorship style force but neglect to notice that several of the vehicles parked in the "visitor parking" have not moved in weeks and that other cars around the property are visibly decaying due to neglect. Theres other issues as well but I digress, in short; if you're looking in the hayward area look elsewhere.

Don't live here if you order anything online. Deliveries are routinely delivered to the wrong apartment and management refuses to do anything to remedy the problem, instead shifting blame to every website online claiming it's their responsibility to ensure package delivery. While that may be true from a legal standpoint management has not done a single thing to attempt to resolve this issue. Tenants have asked repeatedly in the 2 years I've lived here for building numbers to be placed where they are visible. Management doesn't care about your missing packages.

Great job Amador. I like this place. Cool pool and fun neighbors. Unfortunately not too many good people around to play table soccer. Come on move here. The gym is neat and not too crowded.
