Absolutely the worst and most unreliable service. My contractor ordered floor tile on December 6th. We were told the tile was available in Orange County and would be shipped up to Hayward in 7 - 10 business days. It's now December 28th and the tile is still not here. This delay is holding up my entire job. I would never rely on MSI Bay Area again for tile - totally unreliable.

From the moment that we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. Beautiful displays in the showroom and very helpful people. They had 2 different people helping us out and making sure that our needs were met. We will be ordering our quartz slab material form them.

Eric were you looking in 3cm or 2cm. We do have stock in 2cm in the Hayward location
