It's an amazing place to live in, but you should know that at anytime; you can expect a rat to come and jump on your table when it smells the food. A few months ago we saw mice but we said it's fine, maybe they will go away by themselves. But now, you can see rats running around, and the funny thing is that the security guys tell you that they are using flashlights to walk in the dark areas and do their job at night because the leasing office told them they can’t have any reaction to the rats and mice.

My experience living at The Village was awesome! Great amenities and close to Irvine Spectrum so easy access to food and shopping. Rose from Resident Services was nothing short of amazing and helpful when it came to the move out process for me. Highly recommend checking out this community.

Overall great experience living at Village apartments for almost 4 plus years. Amber from resident services was very helpful to address my needs at the time of move out and she took care of all my concerns. Always recommend this place if you are looking for a decent place in Irvine. You have access to great amenities as well.

I absolutely love calling The Village my home. Truly a beautiful and always kept up with community, the best of all the surrounding ones too in my opinion since we have all the amenities you can think of plus awesome service. I would like to recognize Bev in particular from resident services, and thank her for always being so helpful, thorough and ensuring that any issue or concern I had was properly resolved. Really what I call luxury & high end living! I’m not one to typically leave a review but I’m happy to leave this one as it is well deserved! Thank you Bev & Irvine Company for keeping this community and many residents’ home a wonderful place to live!
