I like that we have events with free food! [I just wish I was more available to go to them. :( ] Also wish the printers were working but printing at the front is cool. It’s closer to my apartment anyway. My lights also went out in my room but I got help from the front office pretty quickly. They even shut down the office and came to my room to fix it! And it’s close to campus and Albertsons so that’s awesome. So overall it’s pretty good!

Worst place to live on campus if you have a car. Do not live here if you own a car!!! Parking is 15 minutes walk away and you can only park here for 20 minutes or you get a $75 ticket. What if you have to go home and then go somewhere in an hour. You would lose 30 minutes of time walking to and fro where you are allowed to park for over 30 minutes. Now imagine having to do that everyday. Not only does it suck to walk 15 minutes everyday to the parking structure where you can park your car, it gets hot during the day which makes it worse. I made the temporally fatal mistake of thinking it was a good idea to live here because it was close to campus and walking 15 minutes to my car isn’t going to be that bad. I was dead wrong and have lost so much time, energy and money because of my horrendous decision. This community is not made for you if you have a car.

Location: It's conveniently close to campus, there's free washer and dryer services, close to eateries and a grocery store, a huge plus for me. Facilities: like new, sturdy furniture, well maintained landscape, and overall beautiful. However, I give 1 star for how they handle any complaints or problems. I've had a noisy neighbor for over 7 months now, and the staff have done little to resolve the problem. It's gotten to the point where I'm now looking elsewhere to rent. The neighbor I'm talking about is up at all hours of the night slamming cabinets and stomping so incredibly loud I can only get a couple hours of sleep a night. I've complained multiple times, and the student staff have done little to help resolve the issue. So there's no resolution to the neighbor, nor is staff willing to help it seems. In addition, at random times late at night you'll be woken up by students screaming and running down the halls, so it seems your neighbors have no respect for other tenants. If you're looking for peace and quiet, look elsewhere to rent, this place isn't worth it. And for what you pay, you can get better accommodations elsewhere.
