I don’t appreciate the leasing office’s attitude, just because we’re not White? Or I have too many questions, I think they blocked my number, anytime when I call the office for help, no one ever pick up the phone. First, let me be clear, I rather not to call the office for help, but there are lots of issues with this apartment, first is water heater, then refrigerator broke down, now pests, we moved everything for the pest control, it’s like moving again, when we sign the paper for pest control, the guy that assisted us said they will be here 9:30-10:30, then on the day they suppose to be here, around 11, they still not here, we called several times to the office, no one pick up the phone, we have to call the main department to let them redirect to the leasing office, anyway, a girl picked up the phone, very rude, said “they will be there 11-12, before 1, and you are not the only one that needs pest control.” I don’t know how other people feels about this, so it’s our fault ? Anyway, I don’t usually write reviews, but this time, I feel like I have to, I really don’t like their attitudes and I don’t feel respected.

This review is for a specific employee that works on the premises. Miguel deserves all the recognition and accolades that an employee can receive. I have lived here almost 2 years. Without fail, Miguel will say hello every time he passes by. He also says its a beautiful day. This small gesture of kindness goes a long way in this world. He not only puts a smile on your face but he can turn your frown upside down. Please recognize him and give him the kudos he deserves! He is one of a kind.

Living here has been great! The entire staff is wonderful. I must give a special shout out to James. He was able to locate my package (that was delivered incorrectly) in record time. He was so kind, professional, and really put my mind at ease. I am truly grateful he went the extra mile.

Promenade Irvine is a beautiful place with beautiful people . The service center provided excellent customers service. If you are a resident I would highly recommend working with James. He provided quick support when I needed with kindness and professionalism. Overall, being a resident at Promenade is a positive experience
