I try to send sample bags to India through this location. I was told my products will be delivered on 4th August and today 8th August. I called the local office at Potspring and after the conversation I am given a customer number to follow up. The system does have a set up to talk to someone. Only you track and wait and wait … you have no idea is it DHL issue or custom clearance issue - you have no way know. International shipper be aware of this location and you will regret as I do now after I payed $207 to ship two bags.

Complete incompetence, a delivery company that is unable to find an address that every other delivery company has no problems finding. Then their customer support can only email their delivery stations as apparently they don't have the phone numbers. The worst customer experience and to top it off the they are more expensive than the others.
