This place is a dump and the staff is so rude. I can't wait on my lease to be up. Also, why is there a homeless person sleeping in their van outside the laundry ? Weird.

I wish ZERO stars. On Sunday a family in 700 block were repairing their car and it almost caught on fire. Renee Doll, who is property manager told concerned neighbors to mind their own business. The car is a white dodge charger and other residents have complained about it. It has no valid registration and is never driven. It doesn't even run, so it shouldn't be here because that's a lease violations Lot of weird stuff seems to be going on with this car. People have been complaining for months about the car repairs and Renee ignore it. We had to call the police and fire department. We fear they will set the carport on fire and then the 700 building will go up in flames. This is serious. People's lives are in danger.

My friend who is disabled lives here. She cannot rest at night because of neighbors in her same building that are up to no good. They make a lot of noise at night. They have more people living there than are possibly allowed. They have a dog with fleas they bring to the pool. They have an unregistered vehicle that is a junk car, doesn't run and hasn't moved in 5 months. There is suspicious a,a possible criminal activity with this car. If you go to the building that houses units 702-718 you will see the vehicle. It's a white dodge with no license plates at all. It's backed in, same way it's been since May. What's whack is management is threatening my friend with eviction even though my friend has not violated the lease and is peaceful and quiet.and always pays rent. She is so upset and feeling helpless. This has been ongoing since May !!!
