Terrible experiences with this “company” over the past 2 1/2 years. Initial training told me to turn off my TX+ From the rear after every use and I followed, but this is exactly the opposite of what your supposed to do. From there on I had horrible delays dealing with warranty issues ! Resulting in losing money on down time & flushing / priming over and over as instructed. Wasted countless ink and cleaning supplies as instructed by some of there non experienced technicians. Now that im a experienced user I realize how much they scam new people into believing it’s super easy to run their machines which cause many of us to spend upwards of 25-30k which can really crush a small business and force them to close. Using one of their printers does not yield sufficient enough profits to reinvest and keep up with maintenance and reordering supplies etc. I truly can’t believe they’re allowed to operate like this. Completely ripping people off. Overpriced parts from Epson. Then they threaten to void your warranty if you get the parts cheaper from somewhere else. Truly a shame. They deserve all of the class actions that are coming to them.

If I could give them - 0 Starts I would. This is the 4TH time my machine shorts and dies on me completely and omniprint won’t take any responsibility nor help. Please people please stay away this company is a scam. THIS IS THE 4TH time I replace all the circuit boards. one print head, 4 capping stations not to mention the spring and waste bottle broke the first week I got the printer. VICTOR PENA IS A SCAM. save your money. Victor should be jailed. Omniprint international is a scam Do not buy this printer! Join the fb groups not affiliated with Omniprint before you waste your money. This company is a complete scam victor pena only cares about marketing and selling. Not the customers. I bought a machine back in 2019 for $17k and i had to spend an additional $7k just in repairs. the printer is a complete garbage. The printer breaks down easily and when you try to reach out for help or support they ignore you for weeks and they make you pay for overpriced Chinese (cheap) parts and will make you fix everything yourself. They won’t send a technician to fix it. DO NOT BELIEVE everything Victor pena says everything is a lie, you won’t be making any money, you won’t grow your business using this printer this printer will only give you headaches, stress and ton of downtimes. Please join the fb groups you’ll thank me later. Omniprint deletes all bad feedbacks or reviews in other platforms so people don’t see the reality.
